"On July 6th we bought our retirement home in Washington, Utah. We were fortunate to get referred to David Ellis, an agent who had helped a friends' friend find their dream retirement home in St. George.  They told us how wonderful and honest David was, and how he worked hard but didn't push. Living in Salt Lake, we came down many times to look at homes. In between those times David kept us constantly updated with new offerings that met our ever changing criteria.
