David Ellis is an owner of RE/MAX First Realty, Southern Utah's largest real estate brokerage. David is an expert on market conditions and stays up to date on area economics, expansion, and development. As a Realtor, David's focus is on the client: his strong skills as a negotiator enable him to work hard to get the best deal for his buyers and the most money for his sellers. After graduating from Brigham Young University's Hotel and Resort Management Program, David spent the next ten years with Nu Skin Enterprises, working as an Accounts Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, as well as traveling worldwide to train staff and implement business processes. At this time David was also involved in real estate investing, during the course of which he got to see, first hand, the difference that a dedicated Realtor can make in the buying and selling of homes. This experience in real estate investment also impressed upon David the vital importance of over-the-top customer service.
Personal Bio:
My wife Christy and I celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary in February of 2007. We have two beautiful girls, Lauren, who is four, and her 3 year old sister, Audrey. I love spending time with my girls, and despite their resistance I'm trying to get them interested in sports (they are more interested in being princesses and would live at Disneyland if they could). I love sports—especially football—I'm a big fan of BYU football, the Oakland Raiders, and Utah Jazz basketball. I also love the outdoors – hiking, boating, wakeboarding, snow skiing, and golfing. However, my family is my first priority, and I look forward to the time I spend with them on Sundays and in the evenings. This leaves me six days a week to dedicate to my clients and their families.
